Cancellation Policy
To protect both of our time my booking policy is in effect at all times for everyone. I’m very understanding and I’m aware things happen so please just communicate with me.
•All bookings require a non refundable $15 per service deposit to secure your appointment. This will be deducted off your final bill on the day, once the service has been carried out.
•Your deposit is transferable up until 48 hours before your appointment. Any reschedules within the 48 hours will be treated as a new appointment & a new deposit will be required to secure this.
•No shows/late cancellations will require 50% of the remaining balance to be paid before you can book any further appointments. You agree to this when paying your deposit/booking via the app.
